Produced by Biru Bekele in the Oromia region, this coffee is a testament to the rich heritage of Ethiopian coffee. Grown in the sub-tropical climate of Odo-Shakiso, Sawana District, at an elevation of 1,765 meters, this heirloom variety is carefully washed and dried over 8-10 days. Harvested from October to December, the beans are processed at the Biru Bekele wet mill, highlighting the region's traditional craftsmanship and unique flavors.
