The Story
Alegria farm is located 1 km from the city of Ilicinea, South of Minas at an altitude of approximately 950 meters above sea level, where they produce good quality coffees, always looking for sustainability combined with good productivity.
Started by their father, Luiz Antonio, the farm was previously focused in quantity. Things started to change when Thais alongside her brother Bruno took over the management of the farm. Thais took courses on sensory and started to understand better the quality of their product, and Bruno focused on learning how to better treat the coffee trees and how to optimize their harvest and post harvest strategies. The result for this year's harvest was seen on their unique tasting coffees.
