About the producer: Moplaco is one of the most trustable coffee companies formed by Yanni Georgalis in 1972. Now, Moplaco is under the management of Yanni's daughter Heleanna. She fell into coffee in 2008 through the force majeure of destiny. She has been riding the third wave of coffee through rough seas but has finally dived into the clear blue waters. Moplaco expanded both down and up the chain of coffee and now controls the processing, farming and exporting. Short summary: Coffee was processed on Bensa Chire Pulping and Washing station. This lot is sorted before depulping for dry fermentation. The remaining mucilage is removed before drying on raised beds for 15-28 days.
