Partnered up with 19 of our most detail-oriented farmers to set-up a Naturals Community Project. The 19 farmers live spread throughout the town, so three community drying beds were built in central locations to process and dry the coffees in a collaborative fashion. A strict QC is done with bi-weekly cuppings of each of the 19 lots to ensure uniformity. We are extremely happy with the results and will be expanding to include more allied partner producers. The ripest cherries are hand picked and put in the raised beds for a controlled drying process.
