Shipping Rates per Coffee Bag

One bag = $10 CAD Flat Rate
Two bags = $15 CAD Flat Rate
Three bags = Free Shipping

International Orders

Shipping rates for all USA orders will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Returns Policy

General Information

We take great pride in what we do at Ethica Coffee Roasters and have put measures in place to ensure a seamless process between the moment you order your beans to the moment it touches your lips.
All orders are processed accordingly and shipping time is estimated once products are shipped out.

Shipping Locations

All products offered on ethicaroasters.com are currently available to be shipped worldwide.

If there is an error in the shipping information provided, Canada Post may attempt to correct the error causing a delay in your shipment. If Canada Post is unable to determine the correct delivery address, the shipment will be returned to us at your expense.

Packaging

Here is how we deliver your order:

8 1/2 x 12 inches, 110 g                 Bubble mailer for 1 coffee bag
11 x 6 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches, 170 g         Box for 2 bags of coffee
16 x 8 x 3 inches, 230 g                 Box for 3 to 6 bags of coffee

If you place an order for more than six bags, additional box options will be given. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at greg@ethicaroasters.com.

All important information is necessary to prevent delays. Please make sure to provide us with accurate detailed shipping information, particularly when delivering to condos, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, or commercial locations.

Shipping Times

We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and items typically arrive 3-7 business days from the day of shipment.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent out after orders are processed. Please note that deliveries may take longer to process during peak periods due to high volume.

Only under unforeseen circumstances would possible delays occur. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us via email at info@ethicaroasters.com.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at greg@ethicaroasters.com.

Please note we attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, so cancellation might not be an option once the product has been packaged and shipped.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If products are sold out, please contact us at greg@ethicaroasters.com if you would like to be placed on a waiting list. Once products are back in stock, we’ll notify you via email.

Taxes

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Damaged Items

If there is any damage to the product packaging or contents of your delivery, please contact us immediately at greg@ethicaroasters.com. Send your order number, a photo of the damaged goods, and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to send you a replacement in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are permitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment. If there are no damages to the product and its original packaging remains intact, we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Note: Ethica Coffee Roasters will need to authorize all return requests before its return to us.

Upon receipt of your purchase, please ensure that your product is in good condition. If not, please notify us immediately.

To begin the process of your return, please contact us at greg@ethicaroasters.com with your order number and reason for return. We will follow up with details based on your order.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the merchandise value will be applied to your original method of payment.
